Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders using reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Please note: These are estimated timeframes. NeckPal cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping in all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
NeckPal is not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs, or failure to claim the package, we may refund the order minus shipping fees and any additional return costs incurred.
We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in contacting the carrier to resolve the issue. However, once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we cannot be held liable for missing packages.
